This is unframing
Nothing was added to that sentence to make it neutral. Words came off. No better description replaced the one you arrived with, because the description was the thing in the way. What is left is what was there before you described it.
That is what resistance looks like written down.
You have been reacting to your description of the situation, not the situation itself. Most people do this with most of the situations in their life.
When you describe a situation using facts alone there is nothing left in it to react to.
Most people find once the additions are gone, taking the next step is more natural than they expected.
